This department can boast two modern PRIMA POWER plants, a CO2 one and one fiber optics, with a working areas of 1500x3000mm, able to cut iron sheets up to 20 mm, stainless steel up to 15mm as well as various alloys such as aluminum , brass, titanium, and copper.
The key element of the department is the automatic "Night Train" integrated with the management software; connected to the two laser systems, thanks to more than 100 storage drawers, it ensures 24-hour productivity without any supervision.
We are thus able to guarantee flexibility, speed and traceability of the cutting phase, responding to urgent needs of our customers without compromising the department efficency.
In the unloading area, we also have an automatic sanding and polisher machine able to eliminate any cutting burrs and carry out finishing operations.
