The Panel Bender is a fully automatic bending machine. It is a non-hydraulic, fast and accurate bending solution that ensures productivity, accuracy, repeatability and reliability.
We chose Prima Power's BCe 2720 Panel Bending Machine, which guarantees:
- PRECISION AND QUALITY: excellent bending quality thanks to the angle correction database and servo electric technology.
- PRODUCTIVITY: the LUT table allows loading of the next part in masked time while the panelizer processes the one being processed.
- FLEXIBILITY: facilitated manual loading allows processing of batches of any size, including kits and single parts.
- PROGRAMMING: 3D programming with integrated simulation of the bending cycle.
